My product are having issues, how long does before the maintenance team checks.

Can I cancel my lease to own contract halfway?                        


All contract on Altpower have to run its full course. In the eventuality that you want to cancel your contract, there will be a penalty.


How do I pay my subscription for Power as a Service?   

                     

Your account stated on your contract will be debited at the end of every month.

                       

Can power be rolled over to the next month if unused?                        


The energy provided is not metered, therefore, power is fixed 

         

Can I choose a shorter duration than 12 months for lease to own?                        


Yes, you pick a minimum tenor of your choice 

                       

Is delivery nationwide? 


Yes, we deliver nationwide. 


Does delivery cost vary? 

                       

Delivery item is dependent on the weight,, size of item and the location


How long will it take to be delivered to me?    

                    

Delivery is done within 3 working days in Lagos and within 5 working days outside Lagos. 

                       

Is there a return/refund policy?


Yes, there is. We offer a 7-day return window for items that are incomplete, defective or counterfeit.
